Designed with a grape motif, featuring fifteen round cultured pearls measuring from approximately 7.0 to 5.5 mm, joined to "leaves" accented by numerous single-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 3.75 cttw., set in a 14k white and yellow gold pin pendant mounting measuring approximately 1.90 x 1.60 inches, accompanied by a 14k yellow gold, 24 inch rope chain.
