National Association of Letter Carriers commemorative convention medal dated Aug 30-Sept 5, 1913. Medal features that California bear at the top, "San Francisco" with flower detail underneath it, and the Seal of California suspended by two chains. In between is the image of a postage stamp. Framed in shadow box.
